本文采用放射配体受体结合分析研究了HCG对小鼠全脑、卵巢及子宫GABA受体与外源性GABA结合的影响.皮下注射HCG对21天龄性不成熟雌性小鼠连续7天,可促进性腺发育使子宫及卵巢增重,但对GABA受体结合水平有明显的抑制作用.正常组小鼠全脑、卵巢、子宫中GABA受体结合数量比例为1:6:3.以卵巢为最高.与实验组相比,HCG抑制卵巢、子宫及全脑GABA受体结合能力分别为17%,50%及75%,抑制作用以全脑为最强.但HCG注射天数与GABA受体结合的抑制效应之间无明显关系.35天龄性成熟小鼠在皮下注射HCG的同时,使用bicuculline及baclofen观察GABA受体亚型结合变化中发现,脑室注射bicuculline使全脑GABA受体结合能力增加,但子宫与卵巢作用下降.脑室注射baclofen使全脑、卵巢与子宫的GABA受体结合能力都有明显下降.说明在中枢及外周组织中都存在GABA_A与GABA_B受体,但其含量是不均一的。
