[目的]建立创制杀虫剂环氧虫啶的高效液相色谱定量分析方法。[方法]采用Shimadzu VP-ODS色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈和醋酸铵缓冲液为流动相梯度淋洗,在325 nm波长下进行对环氧虫啶的外标法定量分析。[结果]方法线性相关系数为0.999 9,变异系数为0.21%,平均回收率为99.93%。[结论]该方法可用于环氧虫啶常规分析和质量控制的研究,快速、简单且具有良好的精密度和准确度。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the quantitative analysis of pesticide Epoxiconne by high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] The Shimadzu VP-ODS column and UV detector were used to elute acetonitrile and ammonium acetate as the mobile phase. The external standard method was used for the quantitative analysis of epicotoxin at 325 nm. [Result] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the coefficient of variation was 0.21% and the average recovery rate was 99.93%. [Conclusion] This method can be used for the routine analysis and quality control of ephedrine, which is fast, simple and has good precision and accuracy.
