为考察螺旋压伸工艺成型的RDX-CMDB推进剂的危险性,进行了摩擦感度、撞击感度、雷管感度、隔板、燃烧转爆轰、跌落、热安定性、爆发点、慢速烤燃和静电感度等典型试验。结果表明,该推进剂从10 m高度自由跌落不燃烧,慢速烤燃在164.2℃发生燃烧反应,在18 mm厚有机玻璃隔板下,仍能被冲击波引爆,摩擦感度(P)为2%,撞击感度特性落高(H50)为26.3 cm,50%发火时的静电点火能量为208.46 mJ,结果表明,该推进剂热安定性良好,对机械刺激不敏感,对冲击波刺激较敏感,该推进剂的危险等级为1.1级。
In order to investigate the risk of RDX-CMDB propellants molded by helical compression process, the effects of friction sensitivity, impact sensitivity, detonator sensitivity, separator, combustion detonation, drop, thermal stability, explosion point, Static sensitivity and other typical tests.
