David Harvey is one of the most prestigious and representative geographers in the contemporary era and is a master of positivist geography. He devoted himself to human geography and was good at shortening the humanities and society from the perspective of geographical thinking. That is, he criticized social ills by means of space observation. His academic vision and ideological connotations permeate all aspects of the humanities and social sciences. ~ ([1]) He creatively put forward a new category of “history - geo-materialism”, as well as the concept and theory of “space-time compression”.
