目的观察细节管理在消毒供应室管理工作中的应用价值。方法选取医院消毒供应室的医务人员50名为研究对象。医务人员在管理措施实施前、后,分别对护理质量和临床满意度等相关临床指标进行分析。结果管理措施实施后满意度为94.0%,高于实施前的78.0%(P<0.05);管理措施实施后服务意识、差错防范意识及安全问题识别能力,均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室管理中,细节管理可显著提高整体的护理质量和临床满意度,对临床工作具有一定积极意义。
Objective To observe the value of detail management in the management of disinfection supply room. Methods Fifty hospital staff in hospital disinfection supply room were selected as the research object. Medical staff before and after the implementation of management measures, respectively, on the quality of care and clinical satisfaction, and other relevant clinical indicators for analysis. Results After the implementation of the management measures, the satisfaction rate was 94.0%, which was higher than 78.0% before the implementation (P <0.05). The service awareness, error prevention awareness and safety recognition ability after the implementation of management measures were higher than those before the implementation (P0.05) . Conclusion In the management of disinfection supply room, the detail management can significantly improve the overall quality of care and clinical satisfaction, and has some positive significance for clinical work.
