自1983年Warren和Marshall首次报道了从慢性胃炎病人的胃窦粘膜活检标本中分离出幽门弯曲菌(Campylobacter pylori,以下简称CP),并提出CP与慢性胃炎的发生有关以来,国内外对此作了大量、深入的研究。寻求一种简便、快速、灵敏、特异性高的CP检测方法将为临床的诊断和治疗带来很大便利。 CP具有很强的细胞外尿素酶活性,Taytor报道其最适pH值为5与8,这是消化道内其它尿素酶阳性菌所不及的,这一重要特点已被临床广泛用于CP的检测。本文采用的1分钟尿素酶的实验方法不仅可以作为胃镜检查过程中判定患者有无CP感染的一种手段,而且还可用同一组织块作病理形态学检查。
Warren and Marshall have reported for the first time in 1983 the isolation of Campylobacter pylori (CP) from gastric mucosal biopsy specimens of patients with chronic gastritis, and suggested that CP has been associated with the occurrence of chronic gastritis, both at home and abroad. A lot of in-depth research. The search for a simple, rapid, sensitive and specific CP detection method will bring great convenience to clinical diagnosis and treatment. CP has a strong extracellular urease activity, and Taytor reported that its optimal pH values are 5 and 8, which is beyond the reach of other urease-positive bacteria in the digestive tract. This important feature has been widely used in the clinical detection of CP. The 1-minute urease method used in this study can be used not only as a means of determining the presence or absence of CP infection during gastroscopy, but also for histopathological examination using the same tissue block.
