关注与转化学困生是全面实施素质教育的需要。对于教师来说,转化学困生充分体现了教育面向全体学生。新课程改革提倡以人为本,关注每一个学生的终生发展。作为中学化学教师,如何采取有效措施转化学困生,是摆在教学面前的一个重要课题。为此,笔者对学困生进行了调查、跟踪,分析造成学困的原因,积极探索转化的方法和途径,并进行了一些教学尝试。
Concerned and poor students in transition are the need to implement quality education. For teachers, poor students in transition fully embody education for all students. The new curriculum reform advocates people-oriented, focusing on the life-long development of each student. As a middle school chemistry teacher, how to take effective measures to transform the poor students in school is an important issue before teaching. To this end, I conducted a survey of students with learning difficulties, tracking, analysis of the reasons for learning difficulties, and actively explore ways and means of conversion, and conducted some teaching attempts.
