公司律师既具有职业律师的特色,又是企业人力资源管理的重要环节。本文以笔者所在的厦门市政集团有限公司律师制度的现状和困境分析入手,剖析出公司律师制度存在有利于法律事务工作开展,提升服务水平,提升公司内部组织效率;有利于公司各业务板块做大、做强;有利于提升法务人员专业素质与技能。因此,完善公司律师制度应当优化组织架构,在部分符合条件的企业设立公司律师部并明确岗位职责和任职条件,搭建公司律师晋升发展通道,完善公司律师选、评、奖制度,营造公司律师制度发展良好氛围,完成法律顾问制度和公司律师制度两类岗位的顺利承接。
