两个小麦生长季,22个参试材料在开花后不同?,采用4种方法测定穗上发芽率和籽粒发芽率。结果表明,小麦杭穗发芽性品种间存在初显著差异,并在籽粒成熟的不同时期有较大变化。所以,评定小麦品种抗穗发芽性最好多次进行,并以加权发芽率为评定尺度。多数品种的颖壳浸出液对籽粒发芽有抑制作用,但除少数品种外,大都不够稳定。α-淀粉酶活性和面粉降落值测定表明,α-淀粉酶活性与发芽率呈显著正相关,降落值与同期穗发芽率呈显著负相关。鉴定抗穗发芽性的同时,必须考虑面粉的降落值。种皮色级与降落值的相关不显著,说明选育有一定抗穗发芽能力而品质劣化较轻的白皮小麦品种是可能的。以塑料袋保湿法测定穗发芽率较为简便可靠。
In the two wheat growing seasons, 22 tested materials differed after flowering. Four methods were used to determine the germination rate of the ear and the germination rate of the grain. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the germinating cultivars of Hangzai and their varieties at different stages of grain maturity. Therefore, it is best to evaluate the sprouting resistance of wheat varieties multiple times, and the weighted germination rate as the evaluation scale. Most varieties of glume leachate inhibit grain germination, but with a few varieties, most are not stable enough. The α-amylase activity and the flour landing value showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the α-amylase activity and the germination rate, and the negative correlation between the falling value and the spike rate of the ear during the same period. Identification of spike resistance at the same time, we must consider the value of the landing of flour. The correlation between the seed coat color level and the falling value was insignificant, which indicated that it is possible to breed white wheat varieties that have the ability of sprouting resistant to some extent and the lighter quality.
