疲劳可靠性是衡量机械产品质量的重要指标之一。分析装载机驱动桥主减速器的故障类型,认为其主要的失效部位在一对螺旋锥齿轮。对螺旋锥齿轮进行有限元接触分析,并根据计算结果分析失效模式,最后根据实测的主减速器载荷谱估算主减速器的疲劳可靠度。研究表明:主从动锥齿轮单齿啮合阶段的齿面接触疲劳失效和从动锥齿轮的齿根弯曲疲劳失效是主减速器螺旋锥齿轮疲劳失效的主要模式,分析结果对主减速器疲劳可靠性的预估具有一定意义。
Fatigue reliability is one of the most important indicators of the quality of mechanical products. The type of the main reducer of loader drive axle is analyzed, and the main failure area is considered as a pair of spiral bevel gears. The finite element contact analysis of the spiral bevel gear was carried out, and the failure modes were analyzed according to the calculation results. Finally, the fatigue reliability of the final drive was estimated based on the measured load spectrum of the final drive gear. The research shows that the contact fatigue failure of the driven gear and the tooth root bending fatigue failure of the driven bevel gear are the main modes of fatigue failure of the primary reducer spiral bevel gear.
