“灿烂的思想政治之花,必然结成丰满的经济之果。”伟大的无产阶级文化大革命,空前地焕发了人民群众建设社会主义的积极性。在毛主席的革命路线的指引下,我国社会主义经济建设事业更加迅速发展。大好的建设形势,必将对森林调查提出更高的要求。然而,在当前的森林调查工作中还存不少问题,如社会主义林业的先进性、长期性与森林调查工作不稳定性的矛盾;林业的计划性、科学性与不能及时、全面地掌握森林资源变化情况的矛盾;我国幅员的辽阔性、复杂性与现行调查方法单一的矛盾;要求较高精度、速度与现行技术方法所需工作量较大之间的矛盾……。我国广大森林调查工作者,正在奋发图强,力图尽快解决这些矛盾。在此情况下,我队除在大兴安岭地区进行一些新方法试验外,还配合原北京林学院森林经理教研组、河北林专测树教研组和围场县林业局在河北省围场县龙头山林场进行了两阶抽样和角规双重抽样森林资源调查的试验。这个报告是参加单位共同编写的,现予以发表,供参考。 “The brilliant ideological and political flower surely will form the fruit of a full-fledged economy.” The great Great Cultural Revolution of the proletariat has shown unprecedented enthusiasm for the people in building socialism.
