茲根據中央高等教育部颁佈的‘高等學校與中等技術學校學生生產實習暫行规程’第六條的规定,特制訂高等學校與中等技術學校學生生產實習場所暫行組織分配辦法如下: 一、高等工業學校、綜合大學與中等工業技術學校按下列规定辦理: (一)華北區:凡屬本部直接領導的高等工業學校和綜合大學,由本部根據各校提出的實習計劃表,分別與中央各有關業務部門商訂初步分配方案。中央各業務部門直接领導的高等工業學校,分別由中央各業務部門根據各校提出的實習計劃表,負責就所屬單位製訂初步分配方案;如其所領導的高等工業學校中的某些專業,在其所屬單位中無適當的實習場所,可經該業務部門的領導機關提交本部,由本部負責與有關業務部門商訂初步分配方案。以上的初步分配方案,各有關部門在製訂過程中應相互密切聯系和配合,製訂後須直接提交中央生產實習指導委員會商討確定,再分別按领導系統批覆各學校和各廠礦。 In accordance with Article 6 of the Interim Provisions on Student Production Internship in Higher and Secondary Technical Schools promulgated by the Central Ministry of Higher Education, the formula for formulating the interim organization of internship places for students in higher education and technical secondary schools is as follows: Schools, polytechnics and secondary technical schools are to be handled in accordance with the following provisions: (1) North China: All higher technical schools and general universities under the direct leadership of the Ministry shall, in accordance with the internship schedules proposed by each university, Department plans to initial distribution plan. For certain specialties in the higher industrial schools under their command, The subordinate units without proper place of internship may be submitted to the department by the leading department of the business department, and the department is responsible for negotiating the preliminary distribution plan with the relevant business department. In the initial distribution plan above, all relevant departments should closely contact and cooperate with each other during the process of formulation. After making the plan, they must submit it directly to the Steering Committee of the Central Production Internship for discussion and confirm, and then respectively approve the schools and factories and mines according to the leadership system.
