应用中红外光纤法检测了20例涎腺多形性腺瘤患者腺体部位的体表皮肤,对得到的红外光谱进行分析比较,发现多形性腺瘤、多形性腺瘤癌变及正常腺体体表皮肤红外光谱的主要特征吸收峰存在差异,可以从各特征吸收峰的峰位、峰形及不同谱峰的强度比的变化来初步判定肿瘤的性质。根据红外光谱判断其中2例已经发生癌变,与病理结果一致。从红外光谱的特征来看,多形性腺瘤是正常涎腺组织向多形性腺瘤癌变转变的中间过程。
The mid-infrared fiber method was used to detect the surface skin of the glandular parts of 20 patients with salivary gland adenomatous pleomorphism. Analysis and comparison of the obtained infrared spectra revealed that the pleomorphic adenoma, pleomorphic adenoma and normal glandular body surface The main characteristic absorption peaks of skin infrared spectra are different. The characteristics of tumors can be preliminarily determined by the change of the peak position and peak shape of each characteristic absorption peak and the intensity ratio of different peak peaks. According to the infrared spectroscopy to determine the two cases of cancer has occurred, consistent with the pathological results. From the characteristics of infrared spectroscopy, pleomorphic adenoma is the normal process of salivary gland adenoid transition to carcinogenesis.
