TPP协定是经济全球化背景下新区域主义的最新产物,由于其针对的是亚太地区,不可避免会对中国产生重大的影响。人权一直是中国与西方国家交往中的难点,而TPP劳工条款中更能体现出对劳工人权的维护。在今后的全球贸易中,如果想占据主动地位,中国就必须对现存的劳工环境进行改善。本文从工会、出口贸易两个方面入手,讨论TPP劳工条款对中国产生的影响及中国应该怎样应对,以寻求在未来的全球经济贸易往来中得到更好的发展。
The TPP is the latest product of neo-regionalism under the background of economic globalization. As it is aimed at the Asia Pacific region, it will inevitably have a significant impact on China. Human rights have always been a difficult point in the interaction between China and the Western countries. The TPP’s labor provisions can better demonstrate the protection of labor rights. In the future of global trade, if we want to take the initiative, China must improve the existing labor environment. This article starts from the aspects of trade unions and export trade to discuss the impact of the labor provisions of TPP on China and how China should respond in order to seek better development in future global economic and trade exchanges.
