铣床主轴是铣床的关键件之一,其内锥孔的表面质量是主轴的一项重要精度考核指标.某厂生产的铣床,其主轴的7:24锥孔是在经过改造的M2140专用内圆磨床上加工的.近年来在运行操作中发现问题,影响了内锥孔表面磨削质量.要提高产品质量,必须寻找并排除故障.一、故障现象综合起来,故障表现为如下几点.(1)磨床有轻微振动,磨头侧,尤其是砂轮轴的振动较为明显;(2)磨削的铣床主轴内锥孔表面沿母线方向有伞状暗纹;(3)锥孔面上有细碎的螺旋纹;(4)锥孔面的粗糙度(Ra0.2)加大.
