目的 探讨血清瘦素(leptin)在特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)女孩中的变化及临床意义。方法 对23 例ICPP女孩行空腹血清瘦素、雌二醇(E2)测定,测定身高体重,计算体重指数(BMI),并与同性别同年龄健康儿童比较。结果 ICPP组的血清瘦素水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血清瘦素与BMI呈显著正相关(r=0.875,P<0.01),E2 与BMI 呈显著正相关(r=0.822,P<0.01)。B3、B4 期leptin与E2 呈相关性,但用Tanner各期校正后leptin水平与E2 无相关。结论 性早熟女孩进入青春发育期后瘦素是一个比较敏感的指标,比BMI及E2 更敏感,在早熟性青春发动中可能起促进作用。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum leptin in idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP) girls. Methods Fasting serum leptin and estradiol (E2) were measured in 23 ICPP girls. Height and weight were measured. Body mass index (BMI) was calculated and compared with healthy children of the same sex and age. Results The level of serum leptin in ICPP group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between serum leptin and BMI (r = 0.875, P <0.01), E2 and BMI P <0.01). B3, B4 leptin and E2 were correlated, but with Tanner corrected leptin levels and E2 no correlation. Conclusions The precocious puberty is a sensitive index of puberty when it enters puberty. It is more sensitive than BMI and E2, and may play an important role in precocious puberty.
