C-HRA-1是700℃超超临界锅炉受热面的重要备选材料,国内制造企业对其加工性能的研究尚处于起步阶段。通过对C-HRA-1材料进行拉伸制造了不同变形量的试样以模拟实际生产过程中的冷加工变形,利用箱式电阻炉对不同变形量的试样进行了不同参数的固溶处理试验,考察了其热处理前后的硬度,金相及晶间腐蚀性能,探讨了该材料在实际生产过程中冷加工变形后的固溶处理工艺,为C-HRA-1材料在700℃超超临界锅炉中的应用提供参考。
C-HRA-1 is an important candidate material for heating surface of ultra-supercritical boilers at 700 ℃. The research on the processing performance of C-HRA-1 is still in its infancy.
