详细介绍了后混合式高压磨料水射流割缝实验系统的结构、工作原理和试验方法及方案。利用该系统对岩石进行割缝试验可得:(1)该系统可进行高效的、远距离的以及坚硬岩石的高压磨料水射流切割;(2)磨料类型、水泵压力、割缝速度以及磨料质量浓度等参数都会影响岩石预制裂缝的效果;(3)砂岩、石灰岩、花岗岩获得较好割缝效果的试验参数为:磨料类型分别为河沙、天然棕刚玉、石榴石,气泵压力0.4~0.5MPa,水泵压力60MPa,割缝速度40cm/min,磨料质量浓度2%。对钻孔磨料射流割缝的工业实施具有重要参考价值。
The structure, working principle, test method and scheme of post-mixing high pressure abrasive water jet cutting test system are introduced in detail.
