作者等收集12所医院结肠、直肠癌及息肉的切除标本,经病理检查共812例,发现早期癌72例(粘膜癌39例、粘膜下癌33例),根据临床、病理的详细检查和分析,提供了大肠癌的早期诊断及组织学的特点。早期症状:有详细记载的粘膜癌33例及粘膜下癌28例中,血便作为唯一的早期症状各占85%、93%。症状出现从<1个月～24个月。内窥镜活检:粘膜癌33例中诊断为腺瘤5例,癌15例,活检诊断假阴性
The authors collected resection specimens of colon, rectal cancer, and polyps from 12 hospitals. A total of 812 cases were examined by pathology and found 72 cases of early cancer (39 cases of mucosal cancer and 33 cases of submucosal cancer). Detailed examination and analysis were performed according to clinical and pathological conditions. Provides early diagnosis and histological features of colorectal cancer. Early symptoms: In 33 cases of mucosal cancer and 28 cases of submucosal cancer, bloody stools as the only early symptoms accounted for 85% and 93% respectively. Symptoms appear from <1 month to 24 months. Endoscopic biopsy: In 33 cases of mucosal carcinoma, 5 cases were diagnosed as adenoma, 15 cases were cancer, and biopsy was diagnosed as false negative.
