青海格尔木地区紫外线的年平均强度是青岛等沿海地区夏季中午时分的1.72倍,高强度的紫外线对高原居民皮肤造成很大影响。我们取这一地区生活的农牧民、地质工作者中志愿者手背部(暴露组)及肩关节凸面(非暴露组)皮肤组织。用leu6单克隆抗体及S-100蛋白多克隆抗体免疫组化方法对比研究在皮内langerhans细胞损伤情况。结果:①暴露组表皮内leu6阳性细胞明显少于非暴露组(P<0.01);②在表皮内郎格罕化细胞的标记,leu6单克隆抗体显示优于S-100蛋白。
The annual average intensity of UV light in Golmud region of Qinghai is 1.72 times higher than the summer noon in Qingdao and other coastal areas. High intensity ultraviolet light has a great impact on the skin of the plateau residents. We took the peasants and herdsmen who lived in this area, the volunteers in the back of the geotextile (exposed group), and the convex (non-exposed group) skin tissue of shoulder. The leu6 monoclonal antibody and S-100 polyclonal antibody were used to study the damage of langerhans cells in the skin. RESULTS: ① The number of leu6 positive cells in the epidermis of the exposed group was significantly less than that of the non-exposed group (P <0.01). ② The leu6 monoclonal antibody showed superiority to the S-100 protein in the Langerhans cells in the epidermis.
