以申克SLO2461型振动筛为研究对象,通过名义应力法对其整机进行疲劳估算。在ANSYS Workbench软件中对其进行静力学分析和谐响应分析,得出振动筛的危险部位及其名义应力谱;通过ADAMS软件得出时间历程-载荷与应力载荷谱;综合材料的S-N曲线和疲劳累积损伤理论,在Design Life软件中进行疲劳分析,输出得到振动筛的疲劳寿命。此方法可为疲劳寿命分析提供新思路。
Taking Schenck SLO2461 vibrating screen as the research object, the fatigue of the whole machine was estimated by the nominal stress method.
