针对接头出现裂纹问题,通过化学成分检测、硬度检测和强度校核等对其材质和设计进行分析,同时运用显微分析、金相检验等方法对腐蚀原因进行讨论。最终结果表明其材质和设计均符合要求,心部的金相组织和硬度检测结果无异常,均符合要求。断口表面有较严重的氧化腐蚀形貌,并且断口处裂纹侧壁有明显的脱碳现象,该处的硬度值也明显低于心部硬度,这说明裂纹产生于热处理之前,为锻造裂纹。
In view of the problem of cracks in the joint, the material and design of the joint are analyzed by chemical composition testing, hardness testing and strength checking. Meanwhile, the causes of corrosion are discussed by means of microscopic analysis and metallographic examination. The final results show that the material and design are in line with the requirements of the heart Ministry of the microstructure and hardness test results were normal, are in line with the requirements. The surface of the fracture has a more serious oxidation corrosion morphology, and the crack at the fracture wall has obvious decarburization phenomenon, where the hardness value is also significantly lower than the heart hardness, indicating that cracks occurred before the heat treatment, forging cracks.
