炉缸水温差自动检测系统于1989年在本钢研制成功。1989年10月20日至1990年4月25日在本钢5号高炉上连续7个月的在线运行表明,系统运行稳定,性能可靠,精度高,满足了高炉生产工艺的要求。该系统是由温度传感器、变换电路、信号采集及工业过程控制微机等四部份组成,其中温度传感器的设计是系统中的关键。本钢高炉炉缸冷却水压力一般在0.5~0.6MPa之间,温度范围约为7~37℃,而且水质较差,电磁干扰强烈,信号传输距离长(一般约150m),因此要求温度传感器比较严格。为此,采用了具有高稳定性的无源式温度传感元件,精度为0.2,分辨率为0.01度。用0.02mm的薄壁不锈钢管作为温度传感元
Hearth tank water temperature automatic detection system was successfully developed in Benxi Iron and Steel in 1989. The on-line operation of Bengang No.5 blast furnace for 7 consecutive months from October 20, 1989 to April 25, 1990 showed that the system has stable operation, reliable performance and high precision, which meets the requirements of the blast furnace production process. The system is composed of four parts: temperature sensor, conversion circuit, signal acquisition and industrial process control microcomputer. The design of temperature sensor is the key in the system. Bengang blast furnace hearth cooling water pressure is generally between 0.5 ~ 0.6MPa, the temperature range of about 7 ~ 37 ℃, and poor water quality, strong electromagnetic interference, long signal transmission distance (usually about 150m), so the temperature sensor is required to compare strict. To this end, the use of a high stability of the passive temperature sensing element, the accuracy of 0.2, a resolution of 0.01 degrees. Use 0.02mm thin-walled stainless steel tube as temperature sensing element
