该实验采用63例声门癌患者在肿瘤切除术后的162组活性喉癌细胞和来自于同一患者的健康结缔组织细胞作为观察标本。在严格无菌条件下运用细胞培养技术，将喉癌细胞与健康结缔组织细胞分级干同一培养皿中不同的位置上接种培养，在防震室内用显微镜直接观察两种细胞的生长和活动情
The experiment used 63 cases of glottic cancer patients after resection of 162 groups of active laryngeal cancer cells and healthy connective tissue cells from the same patient as the observation specimen. Under strict aseptic conditions using cell culture technology, the laryngeal cancer cells and healthy connective tissue cells were graded dry culture inoculated at different locations in the shockproof indoor microscope directly observed the growth and activity of two kinds of cells
