目的 :探讨急性重复缺氧对高原汽车兵血流动力学的影响 ;方法 :随机选择担负喀喇昆仑山运输任务的某汽车部队驾驶员 60名 ,在上高原完成全年运输任务的前、中、后分别用XG -Ⅲ型血液循环功能自动测试仪进行有关血流动力学检测 ;结果 :上高原前与在高原时比较 ,P、TPR、η、ALT、PAWP增高 ,BV、SV、mAP降低 ,参数间差别均有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;在高原时与返回平地后比较 ,BV增高 ,参数间差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,P、ALT、SV、mAP、TPR、η、PAWP明显增高 ,参数间差别有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;返回平地后与上高原前比较 ,P、BV、SV、mAP、PAWP降低 ,TPR、ALT、η增高 ,参数间差别均有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;结论 :急性重复缺氧对高原汽车兵血流动力学影响较大。
Objective: To investigate the effect of acute repeated hypoxia on the hemodynamics of plateau motor vehicle. Methods: Sixty-six car drivers of a certain car were selected at random in the Karakorum Mountains. Before and after completing the annual transportation task on the plateau, , Respectively. The levels of P, BV, SV, mAP and PAWP decreased, while the levels of TPR, ALT , Η increased, the difference between the parameters were very significant (P <0.01); Conclusion: Acute repeated hypoxia on plateau motor vehicle hemodynamics greater impact.
