光纤传感器是近年来出现的一类新型传感器,由于其具有许多独到的优良特性,受到科技界与产业界的极大重视。本文重点介绍了强度型光纤传感器。给出了几种原型装置,分析了其结构与传感原理,讨论了设计制作中几个值得考虑的问题。最后认为:强度型光纤传感器由于其结构简单,性能稳定可靠,价格低廉等特点将首先获得竞争力。 Optical fiber sensor is a new type of sensor that appears in recent years. Due to its unique and excellent characteristics, optical fiber sensor has drawn great attention from the scientific community and industry. This article focuses on the strength of optical fiber sensors. Several prototype devices are given, the structure and sensing principle are analyzed, and several issues worth considering in the design and fabrication are discussed. Finally, it is considered that the intensity optical fiber sensor will be the first to be competitive due to its simple structure, stable and reliable performance, low price and so on.
