Guoteng Company is well known with the popularization of IC card telephones. Its leap-forward development has aroused people’s concern. It has now ranked among the top 103 high-tech enterprises in the country and has become one of the national “909” engineering integrated circuit design companies; In 2000, we obtained the ISO9001 quality system certification; in 2001, we laid the foundation for the first large-scale, high-level, internationally competitive 6-inch 0.5-micron analog-to-scale integrated circuit production line in western China.
