分级聘用作为一种企业管理方式,运用于医院可谓是一种制度的创新。众所周知,聘任制度是1978年改革开放以来医院岗位制度改革的焦点问题,医院的岗位是一个是作为热门职业出现在人们的视野中的。岗位设置的合理对于调动医院员工工作积极性提升有重要意义。分级聘用,因其自主性而备受关注,许多企业追求高效,分级聘任无疑是一个好的点子。但是,基于实际考虑,企业模式进入医院这一公益性的机构,是否合适与正确,实践是检验真理的唯一标准。置于实践中去讨论,给医院以灵活的制度创新,在目前看来,益处还是相当大的。但能否长期发挥它的正常效用有待实践的考察。
Hierarchical employment as a way of business management, used in the hospital can be described as a system of innovation. As we all know, the appointment system is the focus of reform of the hospital post system since the reform and opening up in 1978. The post of the hospital is one that appears as a hot career in the people’s field of vision. Reasonable job settings for the mobilization of the enthusiasm of the hospital staff to enhance the work of great significance. Hierarchical employment, because of its autonomy and concern, many companies to pursue efficient, hierarchical appointment is undoubtedly a good idea. However, based on practical considerations, it is appropriate and correct for the enterprise model to enter the hospital as a nonprofit organization. Practice is the only criterion for testing the truth. Placed in practice to discuss, to the hospital with a flexible system of innovation, at present, the benefits are still considerable. However, whether its long-term normal utility needs to be investigated in practice.
