研究了利用氯化钯作为基体改进剂的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定尿铅浓度。尿样用氯化钯溶液(钯浓度500 mg/L)稀释一倍后即可直接进样测定。方法的线性范围为0~120μg/L,检出限为2.0μg/L,回收率在97%~104%之间,批间精密度为6.6%~7.3%,批内精密度为3.6%~6.2%。本方法可以用于铅的生物监测,铅中毒诊断和治疗中的尿铅分析。
The direct determination of urinary lead concentration by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using palladium chloride as matrix modifier was studied. Urine samples with palladium chloride solution (palladium concentration 500 mg / L) can be diluted directly into the sample after the test. The linear range of the method was 0 ~ 120μg / L, the detection limit was 2.0μg / L, the recoveries were between 97% and 104%, the inter-batch precision was 6.6% -7.3%, and the intra- 6.2%. The method can be used for biological monitoring of lead, lead poisoning diagnosis and treatment of urinary lead analysis.
