利用激发发射三维荧光光谱结合交替三线性分解(ATLD)二阶校正方法,克服了姜黄素(CUR)和双去甲氧基姜黄素(DME)荧光光谱重叠以及未知背景物荧光干扰问题,实现了两者在人血浆样本中的直接快速定量研究。实验结果表明CUR的平均加标回收率为105.3±0.9%,定量检测限为2.20 ng/m L;DME的平均加标回收率为106.5±1.6%,定量检测限为0.164 ng/m L。
The problems of fluorescence spectrum overlap of curcumin (CUR) and bis-methoxymethoxycurcumin (DME) and fluorescence interference of unknown background were overcome by using three-dimensional excitation fluorescence emission spectroscopy combined with the second-order calibration of alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) Direct rapid and quantitative studies of both in human plasma samples.
