为观察运动损伤对人体膝关节液中促炎细胞因子的影响,本研究选取2013年6月至2016年6月贵州省骨科医院收治的膝关节运动损伤患者180例作为观察组,观察组分别于运动损伤发生1周、2周、3周和4周后,穿刺取膝关节液,采用ELISA法检测膝关节液中的IL-1、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α等促炎细胞因子含量水平。选取同时期于该院进行体检的健康个体180例作为对照。和正常组相比,观察组运动损伤后1、2、3、4周IL-1、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α含量水平均显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。正常组IL-1、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平随着时间推移无显著变化;而观察组运动损伤发生后,随着时间的推移,IL-1、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α含量水平先急剧升高后缓慢降低。综上所述,运动损伤造成膝关节液中的促炎细胞因子分泌量增加;随着病情逐渐好转,促炎细胞因子分泌量减少。本研究为运动损伤的临床诊断、治疗和预后指导提供参考。
In order to observe the effect of sports injury on proinflammatory cytokines in knee joint fluid of human body, 180 cases of patients with knee joint injuries treated in Guizhou Orthopedic Hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group, The knee joint fluid was punctured at 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after injury. The proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- Factor level. Select the same period in the hospital for physical examination of 180 healthy individuals as a control. Compared with the normal group, the levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 1,2,3,4 weeks after exercise injury (p <0.05). The levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the normal group did not change significantly with the passage of time. However, after exercise injury in the observation group, 8 and TNF-α levels first and then slowly decreased. In summary, sports injuries caused by increased fluid secretion of proinflammatory cytokines in knee fluid; as the disease gradually improved, the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines decreased. This study provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis guidance of sports injury.
