苏州重元寺大禅堂屋盖采用了钢-混凝土组合空腹夹层板结构体系,屋盖屋面总荷载达到约15k N/m2,屋盖平面尺寸为50.7m×33.4m。通过对比原3层钢网架设计方案,说明该体系在大荷载和大跨度屋盖设计中经济性能优越、建筑使用功能优良。对该体系设计中常遇到的与框架柱相连的肋梁超筋、排水找坡和受压上肋配筋较大的问题,分别给出了肋梁简支于框架梁、整体结构起坡和仅加高上肋的解决方案。结果表明,这些处理方式切实有效地解决了上述难题;同时介绍了该体系的简化计算方法和特殊节点做法。
The steel-concrete sandwich panel structure system of the Grand Zen Temple of Chong Yuan Temple in Suzhou has a total roof loading of about 15 kN / m2 and a flat roof of 50.7 m × 33.4 m.
