随着人类寿命的延长,高龄(指70岁以上)胃癌的发病数增多,其诊断与治疗亦日益受到重视。我院外科1975～1985年收治胃癌1017例,本文就其中51例高龄胃癌的临床特点做如下分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料本组男41例,女10例,男女之比为4.1:l.70岁以上51例,最大83岁,平均72.6岁。工人25例(49.0％),农民13例(25.5％),其他13例(25.5％)。 1.2 病程指从出现症状到明确诊断的时间。本组病程不足1个月者9例(17.6％),1～3个月者18
With the extension of human life span, the incidence of advanced gastric cancer (above 70 years of age) has increased, and its diagnosis and treatment have also received increasing attention. In our hospital, 1017 cases of gastric cancer were treated from 1975 to 1985. The clinical features of 51 cases of advanced gastric cancer were analyzed as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information The group of 41 males and 10 females, male to female ratio of 4.1: l. 70 years old and 51 cases, the maximum 83 years old, with an average of 72.6 years.
