①目的探讨果胶对高脂膳食大鼠体内脂质过氧化损伤的影响。②方法取18只Wistar大鼠随机分为果胶组和对照组,果胶组大鼠在饲料中填加10%的果胶,喂养90d后测定两组大鼠的粪便脂肪排出量、血清及红细胞膜丙二醛(MDA)水平、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性、红细胞膜的流动性。③结果果胶组大鼠粪便中脂肪排出量增多,血清及红细胞膜MDA水平均显著地低于对照组(t=2.317~2.512,P均<0.05),红细胞膜的流动性显著地高于对照组(t=2.305,2.477,P均<0.05)。④结论果胶可能通过增加粪中脂肪排出量和其限食功能来降低大鼠体内的脂质过氧化水平,减少自由基的损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of pectin on lipid peroxidation in high-fat diet rats. Methods 18 Wistar rats were randomly divided into pectin group and control group. Pectin rats were fed with 10% pectin. After 90 days of feeding, fecal fat excretion, Erythrocyte membrane malondialdehyde (MDA) level, erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, erythrocyte membrane fluidity. Results The excretion of fat in the feces of rats in the pectin group increased, and the levels of MDA in serum and erythrocyte membrane were significantly lower than those in the control group (t = 2.317-2.512, P <0.05). The flow of erythrocyte membrane Sex significantly higher than the control group (t = 2.305,2.477, P <0.05). ④ Conclusion Pectin may reduce lipid peroxidation and reduce free radical damage in rats by increasing fat excretion and food restriction function.
