近年来，我国银行业票据处理出现了电子化、集约化的趋势，尤其是全国票据影像交换系统的上线以及全国票据截留的认定与实施，使票据处理的流程发生重要变化，也使票据处理的中心环节——票据交换体系面临业务与体制变革的挑战。本文将对此问题进行探讨，以期引起业界的广泛关注。
