目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱注射液中苦参碱的含量。方法 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱 (2 5 0× 4 6mm) ,以 pH 4 0磷酸盐缓冲溶液 (10 0 0mlH2 O +2 5mlH3 PO4+2 0TEA) :乙腈 (90∶10 )为流动相 ,用紫外检测器于 2 10nm波长处检测。结果 线形范围为 13 99~ 97 93mg·L-1(r =0 9996 )。平均回收率为 99 4 4 % ,RSD =1 16 % (n =3)。检测限为0 0 2 5 g·L-1。结论 本法具有操作简便 ,分析准确快速 ,干扰小等优点
Objective To determine the content of matrine in matrine injection by high performance liquid chromatography. The method was performed on an octadecylsilane-bonded silica gel column (250×46 mm) in a pH 4 0 phosphate buffer solution (100 ml H 2 O +2 5 ml H 3 PO 4 +20 TEA):acetonitrile (90:10) as the mobile phase. Phase, with UV detector detection at the wavelength of 2 10nm. The linear range of the results ranged from 13 99 to 97 93 mg·L-1 (r =0 9996 ). The average recovery was 99 4 4 % with RSD = 16% (n = 3). The detection limit is 0 0 2 5 g·L-1. Conclusion This method has the advantages of easy operation, accurate and rapid analysis, and small interference.
