应用HRP(辣根过氧化物酶)法对大鼠嗅球的纤维联系进行了研究。结果表明:嗅球纤维不仅投射至基底嗅区,还至下丘脑外侧区、视前区和内梨状核。此外,还有更广泛的脑区发出纤维直接终止于嗅球。这些区域涉及前脑,间脑和脑干,其中某些核团与嗅球有往返的纤维联系,构成反馈环路。为解释由嗅刺激引起的一系列行为、情绪和内脏反射提供了形态学基础,也阐明了边缘系统-中脑环路与嗅球的密切关系。
The HRP (horseradish peroxidase) method was used to study the fiber connection of olfactory bulb in rats. The results show that the olfactory bulb fibers not only project to the basal olfactory area, but also to the hypothalamus lateral area, the preoptic area and the inner piriform. In addition, there is a broader brain area that emits fiber terminating directly in the olfactory bulb. These areas involve the forebrain, the diencephalon and the brain stem, some of which have reciprocating fibers connected to the olfactory bulb, forming a feedback loop. To explain the range of behaviors caused by olfactory stimuli, mood and visceral reflex provide the morphological basis and elucidate the close relationship between the limbic system, the midbrain circuit, and the olfactory bulb.
