《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》中明确指出,学前教育是规划的20个重点问题之一。世人皆知,幼儿身长发育迅速,新陈代谢旺盛,年龄越小,发育越快,这时期所需各种营养素和能量相对比成人多,而自身胃的容量小,每次摄取的营养素量也会较少,所以对营养需要和膳食要求较高。学前儿童要健康成长,每日的膳食结构搭配要非常合理平衡,才能满足其生长发育、组织更新和维持体内各种生理活动的需要。反之,营养素长期摄取不足或过量都会造成身体的疾病发生,可能还会影响幼儿一生的智力和健康。本文想通过对学前儿童的营养素需要作归纳,对他们的膳食提供作探究,以希为广大学前教育工作者、家庭看护人等提供为学前儿童身体健康成长作好膳食方面最基本的环境保障。
