前不久,在《建筑创作》举办的“建筑师茶座”上,围绕“住宅设计”相关的问题,与会专家及业界人士进行了深入探讨,发表了很好的意见。市场中小户型政策的出台以及房价居高不下,给建筑市场带来一定的影响。刘晓钟(北京市建筑设计研究院总建筑师):房价本身就是一个市场行为,市场会通过供需关系进行调节。市场越来越成熟,关键要看我们接手的设计项目和开发商属于哪一个层次。开发商越来越认同“多花一点钱,多做好东西”这个观点。
