PLC是一种可靠性、稳定性较高的控制器,其出现故障的概率较低。但PLC一旦在工作过程中出现故障,首先要充分了解故障,判断故障发生的具体位置,分析故障现象是否具有再生性;然后再深究故障产生的原因,并设法予以排除。本文以三菱FX系列PLC为例,详细地介绍了PLC运行中出现故障时的检查流程,对实际工作具有一定的指导意义。
PLC is a reliable, high-stability controller with a low probability of failure. However, once the PLC fails during the work process, we must first fully understand the fault, determine the specific location of the fault occurred, and analyze whether the fault has a regenerative effect. Then, we investigate the cause of the fault and try to eliminate it. In this paper, Mitsubishi FX series PLC, for example, describes in detail the failure of the PLC operation inspection process, the practical work of a certain significance.
