为评价复合流沉淀技术的处理性能,并分析其高效去除悬浮物的机理,进行了复合流斜板沉淀器处理工业锅炉脱硫除尘废水试验,并和杯罐混凝沉淀试验的处理效果进行了比较。研究表明:复合流斜板沉淀器具有更强的处理能力。当除浊率相同时,复合流斜板沉淀器的净表面负荷比杯罐混凝沉淀试验中反应器的净表面负荷高10.08~16.56m3/(m2.h)。复合流斜板沉淀器的同向流沉淀区出口端和异向流沉淀区进口端外侧的混流区及异向流沉淀区进口段中的絮凝作用,是提高除浊率的主要原因。
In order to evaluate the treatment performance of compound flow precipitation technology and analyze the mechanism of its efficient removal of suspended solids, the composite flow inclined plate settler was used to treat the industrial boiler desulfurization and dust removal wastewater and compared with that of the cup tank coagulation and sedimentation test . The research shows that the compound flow inclined plate settler has stronger processing capacity. When the turbidity removal rate is the same, the net surface load of the composite flow ramp settler is 10.08 ~ 16.56m3 / (m2.h) higher than the net surface load of the reactor in the coagulation and sedimentation test. The flocculation in the mixed-flow inclined-bed settler at the outlet of the co-flow sedimentation zone and at the inlet end of the opposite-flow sedimentation zone at the inlet end and at the inlet of the anisotropic flow sedimentation zone are the main reasons for increasing the turbidity removal rate.
