一般认为自然分娩后30min婴儿吸吮反射、吞咽反射以及母亲接受吸吮刺激产生的催乳反射、乳头勃起反射及泌乳反射最为敏感,是婴儿吸吮的最佳时间。这一时期母婴皮肤接触的同时,婴儿开始吸吮母亲乳头,定义为早吸吮。由于破宫分娩未经历自然分娩的一系列过程,术后乳汁分泌情况是否与自然分娩一致,少见文献报道。本试验设计是在分娩后的不同时间,让婴儿吸吮乳头,定量分析乳汁分泌量,以阐明早吸吮对破宫分娩产妇乳汁分泌的影响。1 资料与方法 选择25~30岁之间的健康孕妇18名,婴儿出生体重为3~4kg的足月产儿,按入院顺序随机分成3组,每组6名,各产妇术后用药基本相同。Ⅰ组于破宫产后30min母婴开始皮肤接触同时,婴儿开始吸吮乳头,每侧各10min;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组于破宫产后8h、16h以同样的方法让婴儿吸吮乳头,随后

Full-term infants born weighing 3-4 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the order of admission, with 6 in each group. The maternal postoperative drugs were basically the same. In the group Ⅰ, the baby began to suck the nipple 30 minutes after the uterine rupture, and the baby began to suck the nipple 30 minutes on each side.
