本文利用Bel-Delaware方法编制了管壳式换热器热力计算通用程序,并进行了实例计算。程序中对某些参数的选取以及修正系数的计算作了特别处理,使程序更具有通用性。以年总经济费用最小作了优化设计,得到了优化设计的结果。计算结果反映了流体流动从层流到紊流的转变。本文编制的管壳式换热器计算机辅助设计程序和优化程序可用作工程设计的参考。
In this paper, Bel-Delaware method was used to prepare a general procedure for thermal calculation of shell and tube heat exchangers, and an example calculation was carried out. The process of selecting certain parameters and the calculation of the correction factor made a special treatment to make the program more versatile. Optimized design was made with the smallest total annual economic cost and the result of optimization design was obtained. The calculation results reflect the change of fluid flow from laminar to turbulent flow. The computer-aided design procedure and optimization program of the shell and tube heat exchanger prepared in this paper can be used as a reference for engineering design.
