目前,根据我国工程项目的建设程序,房地产项目从酝酿、规划、建设到投入使用大致分为四个阶段:项目投资决策阶段(项目建议书、可行性研究、投资收益分析),项目规划设计阶段(项目规划设计、方案审批),项目实施阶段(施工阶段),项目竣工结算阶段。本文对这四阶段逐一进行分析。
At present, according to the construction procedure of the engineering project in our country, the real estate project can be roughly divided into four phases from planning, planning and construction to investment and utilization: project investment decision-making stage (project proposal, feasibility study and investment income analysis), project planning and design stage (Project planning and design, program approval), the project implementation phase (construction phase), project completion and settlement phase. This article analyzes the four stages one by one.
