通过不同温度和时间的时效制度来研究经固溶处理(495℃×5h)后的改良Al-Si-Mg铸造铝合金的力学性能。实验结果表明,当合金的时效工艺为165℃×6h以及175℃×6h时,力学性能达到极值:工艺为165℃×6h时,合金σb=254.7MPa,HBS=107.3,δ=6.23%;工艺为175℃×6h时,合金σb=268.2MPa,HBS=113.5,δ=5.08%。
The mechanical properties of the modified Al-Si-Mg cast aluminum alloy after solution treatment (495 ℃ × 5h) were studied by the aging system with different temperature and time. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties reach the extreme when the aging process of the alloy is 165 ℃ × 6h and 175 ℃ × 6h. The alloy σb = 254.7MPa, HBS = 107.3, δ = 6.23% when the temperature is 165 ℃ × 6h. When the process is 175 ℃ × 6h, the alloy σb = 268.2MPa, HBS = 113.5, δ = 5.08%.
