目的 探讨CT仿真结肠镜检查 (CTVirtualColonoscopy ,CTVC)猪结肠模拟息肉的敏感性。 方法 取猪结肠 8段 ,制作 3~ 5mm、6~ 9mm和 10~ 13mm息肉模型 ,行与扫描架平面成 90°、45°和 0°角的扫描 ,按息肉大小、肠段纵轴与扫描架平面成角情况分析检出的结果。结果 肠段纵轴与扫描架平面成 90°、45°和 0°角时 ,3~ 5mm ,6~9mm息肉检出敏感性分别为 87 5 %、5 0 0 %和 2 5 0 % ,10 0 0 %、10 0 0 %和 75 0 % ;10~ 13mm息肉检出敏感性均为 10 0 0 %。总体上讲 ,三种直径息肉检出敏感性分别为 5 4 2 %、91 7%和 10 0 0 %。结论 CTVC对猪结肠模拟息肉有较高的检出敏感性 ,角度只影响 3~ 5mm、6~ 9mm息肉的检出敏感性。
Objective To investigate the sensitivity of CT virtual colonoscopy (CTVC) pig colon to the simulation of polyp. Methods The polyp model of 3 ~ 5mm, 6 ~ 9mm and 10 ~ 13mm was made in 8 sections of porcine colon, and scans of 90 °, 45 ° and 0 ° with the plane of gantry were performed. According to the size of polyp, Frame plane angle analysis of the results of the situation. Results The sensitivity of 3 ~ 5mm, 6 ~ 9mm polyps detected at 90 °, 45 ° and 0 ° angles of the gantry plane were 87.5%, 500% and 25% respectively. 10 0 0%, 100% and 75 0% respectively. The detection sensitivity of 10 ~ 13mm polyps was 100%. Overall, the detection sensitivity of the three diameters polyps was 54.2%, 91.7% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion CTVC has high detection sensitivity for simulated polyps of porcine colon, and the angle affects only the detection sensitivity of polyps of 3 ~ 5mm and 6 ~ 9mm.
