对19 个烟草品种对南方根结线虫1 号小种(Meloidogyne incognita race 1)、花生根结线虫2 号小种( M. arenariarace 2)和爪哇根结线虫(M. javanica) 的抗性进行了鉴定。通过聚类分析和方差分析,结果表明:NC95、K326(U)、G28、V2、3027、黔所2 号、317、K326(Y)、3040、4072 对南方根结线虫1 号小种抗病,中烟14、温格尔、SC58、红大、Coker48、4048、3074、NC82、871 则感病;供试的19 个品种均对花生根结线虫2 号小种、爪哇根结线虫感病,其中871对花生根结线虫2 号小种、317 对爪哇根结线虫具有一定的耐病性。在抗性鉴定的基础上提出了烟草品种抗根结线虫鉴定方法规范化的建议。
The resistance of 19 tobacco cultivars to Meloidogyne incognita race 1, M. arenariarace 2 and M. javanica was tested Identification.
