近年来,我国的大学生数量大幅增多,学生毕业后的就业问题也随之增加。很多就业的学生所做工作与其专业无关,在一定程度上造成教育资源的浪费。究其原因,所学没有为其所用,学生缺乏用所学专业知识解决实际问题的能力。行动导向教学是一种基于实践的教学方法,可以很好培养学生解决问题的能力。本文以经济管理专业为例,构建了行动导向法在课堂教学中应用的模型,并列举了导向任务的设定实例。
In recent years, the number of undergraduates in our country has greatly increased, and the employment problems after graduation have also increased. A lot of employment students have nothing to do with their professional work, to a certain extent, resulting in the waste of educational resources. The reason for this is that what they have learned is not used by them, and students lack the ability to solve practical problems with their learned expertise. Action-oriented teaching is a practice-based teaching method that can cultivate students’ ability to solve problems. In this paper, taking the economic management major as an example, this paper constructs a model of action-oriented approach applied in classroom teaching and lists some examples of the setting of orientation task.
