近年来,一提起“形象”方面的话题人们总会自然而然地往企业形象策划、明星个人形象包装上想。便随着对外开放的日渐深入,一个全新的现象已悄然而至——那就是形象策划、塑造已非企业及明星的专利。现在从中央到地方乃至一个小镇的政府,大多已开始重视并着意进行着自身对外宣传形象的建立、塑造和包装。为此所耗费的人力物力正呈逐年递增之势。这种变化并非偶然,这是国家体制改革和把工作重心放到经济建设上来的必然产物。与以往不同的是,现在已把经济建设成果作为衡量一个政府、一名干部政绩的最重要标准
