本文用实验方法将纯Cr_2O_3(按1%含铬量)与铁粉混合后,用工业氢还原,在800℃已明显开始,1050℃基本完成。用热力学原理分析了纯Cr_2O_3和有大量铁存在下用氢还原的条件。计算了氢气中的PH_2O和铁中铬的浓度对还原温度的影响。理论和实验都说明铬作为低合金元索在粉末冶金中的应用是可行的。
In this paper, pure Cr 2 O 3 (1% chromium content) is mixed with iron powder by experimental method and then reduced with industrial hydrogen. It has obviously started at 800 ℃ and basically completed at 1050 ℃. The thermodynamic principle was used to analyze the conditions of reduction of pure Cr 2 O 3 and hydrogen in the presence of a large amount of iron. The effect of PH 2 O in hydrogen and the concentration of chromium in iron on the reduction temperature was calculated. Both theory and experiment show that it is feasible to use chromium as a low-alloy element in powder metallurgy.
